Use of the service

CharacterMuse AI is for creating original fictional character concepts, profiles, portrait directions, and roleplay-ready character cards. Public-domain literature, mythology, folklore, history, and broad genre archetypes may be used as inspiration, but the service is not intended for copying protected modern IP or impersonating real people.

User responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your prompts, uploads, references, and use of outputs do not infringe third-party rights. Do not submit material you do not have the right to use.

Prohibited content

  • No prompts that copy protected characters, franchises, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted styles.
  • No impersonation of real people or celebrities.
  • No attempts to reproduce actor likenesses, third-party artwork, modern film/game designs, or official franchise-specific character designs.
  • No adult sexual content involving minors or childlike characters.
  • No hateful, extremist, abusive, or illegal content.
  • No attempts to bypass rate limits, credits, or safety controls.

No guarantees

AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, similar to existing works, or unsuitable for your intended use. We do not guarantee uniqueness, legal clearance, historical accuracy, perfect imports, or perfect roleplay consistency.

Free generation is available with daily limits. Pricing and checkout buttons are shown for testing and product validation; PayPal checkout is sandbox-only until production billing is explicitly enabled. Paid-plan features, credits, saved libraries, and commercial terms may change before full paid launch.
