How do credits work?

One successful full character-card generation uses one credit. Failed requests, editing, validation, and exports use no credits.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Both include the complete workspace, Lorebook, token estimates, and Markdown, SillyTavern Character Card JSON (V2), and PNG import or export. Pro raises character-card generation to 100 monthly and up to 25 daily.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. The allowance resets with each monthly credit window, and unused credits do not carry into the next window.

Can I cancel Pro anytime?

Yes. Cancel automatic renewal from this pricing page. Paid access remains active until the current billing period ends.

Is payment secure?

Checkout is handled by the payment provider shown before approval, such as PayPal or Waffo Pancake. CharacterMuse never sees or stores your full card details.

Can I request a refund?

You can cancel future renewal at any time. Existing subscription charges are reviewed under the Refund Policy, including duplicate, unauthorized, or undelivered-service cases and rights required by applicable law.

Can I use exports in SillyTavern?

The workspace exports Character Card V2 JSON and PNG. The import/export workflow was tested with SillyTavern 1.18.0 on August 8, 2026; this is not a complete-compatibility or official-certification claim.
