What CharacterMuse is for
CharacterMuse is a workspace for original fictional roleplay character cards. AI portraits are limited to original, fictional, adult, safe-for-work single characters. There is no public gallery or public feed.
Prohibited content
Do not use CharacterMuse to request, create, upload, or distribute:
- Pornography, nudity, fetish content, or other NSFW sexual content.
- Violence, gore, exposed organs, dismemberment, or instructions that facilitate physical harm.
- Hate speech, extremist praise, harassment, or content that targets protected groups.
- Any sexualized, exploitative, or otherwise unsafe content involving minors or childlike characters, including CSAM.
- Deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation, or misleading depictions of real people, celebrities, or political figures.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, including copied franchise characters, logos, brands, or imitation of a living artist.
Automated abuse, account farming, payment fraud, and attempts to bypass credits, rate limits, or safety controls are also prohibited.
How moderation works
Before an AI portrait is generated, CharacterMuse applies local product rules and Waffo Prompt Sift with semantic enforcement. Generation continues only when the result is allow; review, block, and service failures stop the request before a portrait credit is reserved.
Portrait generation uses Doubao Seedream 5.0 Lite (model code doubao-seedream-5-0-lite-260128). Its built-in input and output safety controls may reject a request or result. CharacterMuse then validates the returned file before showing it. Rejected or failed portraits are not displayed and do not use a portrait credit.
Character-card text generation uses DeepSeek V4 Flash (model code deepseek-v4-flash). Model names describe current providers and may change when this page is updated; they do not imply provider endorsement.
Logs and human review
We keep limited moderation metadata such as the stage, action, reason category, provider request ID, and time. Moderation logs do not contain the raw portrait prompt or generated image. A user report or disputed automated decision may be reviewed by a person.
Enforcement and reports
We may block a request, restrict generation, suspend an account, or terminate access for repeated or serious violations. If you believe a decision was wrong, or need to report unsafe or infringing content, contact support [at] charactermuseai [dot] com and include the approximate time, affected page, account email, and any displayed request ID. Do not email prohibited images, passwords, full card numbers, or identity documents.
