Refund Policy

Effective August 2, 2026

Cancel future renewal

You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time from the subscription controls on the Pricing page or through the payment provider where available. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves paid access active until the end of the current billing period.

Subscription payments

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins and are not prorated for unused time or unused credits. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, a paid service that was not delivered, or another circumstance where a refund is required by applicable law.

How to request a review

Contact support [at] charactermuseai [dot] com within 14 days of the charge when possible. Include the account email, payment provider, order or subscription reference, charge date, amount, and reason. Do not send full card details or passwords.

Payment-provider processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider. Processing time depends on PayPal, Waffo Pancake, the card network, or the customer's bank. Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting review of an existing charge.

Applicable law

This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights. Where local law provides stronger rights, those rights apply.
