Eligible original outputs

You may use eligible original character-card outputs commercially, subject to your active plan, these rules, and applicable law. This permission covers CharacterMuse's rights in an eligible output, if any; it does not grant rights owned by anyone else.

Excluded material

Commercial permission does not cover protected characters, franchises, trademarks, logos, real-person or celebrity likenesses, third-party artwork, official adaptation designs, or other material you did not have the right to submit or use.

AI disclosure and review

CharacterMuse uses AI to assist with character text and portrait directions. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique or legally clear. You are responsible for reviewing originality, accuracy, platform rules, and rights before publishing, licensing, advertising, or selling an output.

No exclusivity

Your use is non-exclusive. Similar concepts or wording may be generated for other users, and CharacterMuse does not register or enforce intellectual-property rights for you.
