Current status

CharacterMuse can generate text-based roleplay character cards and portrait prompts now. PayPal checkout and paid tiers are sandbox-only until production billing is enabled. Commercial licensing applies only to eligible original outputs and the plan actually available to you.

Eligible outputs

Eligible outputs may be used commercially according to the active plan terms, provided your prompt and output are original enough for your intended use and do not infringe third-party rights.

Original-output boundary

Commercial use applies to eligible original outputs. Outputs intentionally based on protected characters, modern franchises, real people, actor likenesses, third-party artwork, or official adaptation-specific designs may not be eligible for commercial use.

What this license does not grant

• No rights to third-party trademarks or logos.
• No rights to famous copyrighted characters or franchises.
• No rights to celebrity likenesses, real people, or actor/persona rights.
• No rights to modern film, game, comic, animation, or publisher-specific character designs.
• No guarantee that AI outputs are unique or legally risk-free.
